In times of change and uncertainty your people look at you as a leader for guidance and orientation. Hardly ever leadership is more required than now, because emotional security is a basic need in all phases of transition: The quality of your leadership shows in successfully establishing an atmosphere of trust and loyalty. Your leadership is critical and far from easy particularly when resistance may emerge. In such moments it does not help to present only a picture of the future ahead.
